• You monitor the quality of the deviation registry.
• You encourage team members to document deviations effectively.
• You promote timely analysis and description of appropriate measures by SE package owners during execution.
• You ensure that measures are taken on time and that evidence is demonstrable during the execution of the SE package.
• You analyze deviations and document trends and necessary improvements.

What are we looking for?

• You hold a
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
  .
• You have several years of experience in a similar role.
• You possess knowledge of ISO standards and hold a
  VCA-vol
  certification.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills.
• You are an excellent communicator and team player.
• You are detail-oriented and committed to quality management.
